Religion

Let’s say religion saved me. It was accepting that what’s happening to me is spiritual.
And by spiritual, I mean something that goes beyond me, which I’ve accepted I won’t be able to understand 100%.
I think religions exist to talk about the people from the phenomenon who interact with us.
But the phenomenon doesn’t need religions to exist.
I think it was the last week of December that I finally got myself motivated to try to meet someone at a church near me and talk about it.
But actually, the first time I went into the church, I just sat down for a service. I only stayed 10 minutes, then we left.
I went back afterwards, in early 2026, and finally psyched myself up to go into the back rooms and ask the priest to talk about it.
We talked a little about what was happening to me, and he was really nice to me. But he quickly asked whether I was taking antipsychotics and whether the dose was high enough. I told him I wasn’t taking any because I was convinced that what was happening to me wasn’t only internal, but mainly external.
But it went no further after that. He didn’t tell me it was normal, that it happened, or what to do to make things better.
And to me that means we can do better.
I’m sure that if I’d talked about it with certain religious people, I would have been led to meet exorcists, etc.
But I think the best solution is to accept that they keep an eye on me, deep inside me, and naturally become more principled, without it looking forced. It got much better when I paid attention to my stream of thought and the behavior that comes from it, I guess?
And that leads me to think that, in 2026, we can do much better with the phenomenon we call gangstalking, which may also be called schizophrenia.
I get the impression that the best solution for people who are having a hard time with it is to recognize the existence of the people from the phenomenon mentioned in religions, work personally on the way they think, by becoming a metacognition craftsman 🤣 for example, and adopt a more principled way of being, I guess.
I get the impression that one of the problems with religions in 2026 is that actually it makes it sound like the existence of the phenomenon is a personal opinion.
That doesn’t mean I want to become an annoying guy who goes on about this every day, trying to force people to accept it.
I get the impression that gangstalking/schizophrenia is where science is obliged to acknowledge the existence of the phenomenon in order to really move forward.
And it’s not only science that should acknowledge the existence of the phenomenon: it’s the government, public opinion, etc.
I think that when someone shows that they are going through inexplicable things, hearing people talk without knowing where it comes from or who they are, etc., then naturally, through talking with loved ones, they should very quickly come to the conclusion that it is linked to the phenomenon mentioned in religions.
I think the best solution, which was given to me by people from the phenomenon, is this one:
Do nothing and stay principled.
There’s no need to completely change your personality overnight. Just accept that the people from the phenomenon interact with your mind and know everything you think and do.
Accept that the people from the phenomenon understand very well how humans work in general and may put you through a spiritual roller coaster: throwing your taboos right in your face, leading you around while making you understand that they already know what you’re thinking before you can even put words to your thoughts.
And that brings us back, a little, to the message of almost all religions: absolute truth, omniscience, omnipresence, benevolence, etc.
The proof that there is still a lot of work to do is that we let people produce conspiracy content en masse on the internet without the answer being obvious, and that makes some people lose years of their lives, or even their lives, judging by the accounts of some people online.
At present, no religion clearly identifies gangstalking/TI/V2K as something connected to the people from the phenomenon mentioned in religions, among other things, and that, counterintuitively, they do this to help us; that there is no miracle solution other than fully accepting who they are, without trying to understand what is beyond us, and becoming upright and happy.
And I think that, today, many people (including me not so long ago) have a hard time with it when the people from the phenomenon interact with them because WE made it that way. Public opinion decided to associate it with madness; people tell you it’s impossible without knowing what is and isn’t possible. As if we already had absolute knowledge and an understanding of EVERYTHING.
And I think the solution is to officially acknowledge the existence of things we don't understand and that are beyond us.
I think that would be WAY healthier than laïcité, officially accepting the existence without forcing religion, or even doing what I'm doing right now I think, without choosing a religion.
Sometimes I was just saying with them as a joke: « I eat at every brasserie », then I realized the real expression is « I eat at every trough ». Or else « How do you choose a trough? »
That way, we’ll stigmatize people who are in contact with the people from the phenomenon less, and we’ll be able to talk about it more openly, etc.
And everything will get better, I think, and without medication on top of that.
Sometimes I also wonder what the life cycle of beliefs is. Maybe beliefs sometimes grow and form a religion? When in doubt, Ouroboros.
